When a business is using IT, change is inevitable.  However, just because change is inevitable, change doesn’t have to mean that your system is disrupted and that you are forced to invest thousands of pounds in new equipment.  Clear IT Solutions is dedicated to ensuring that any changes that need to be made to your system are administered in a way that causes minimal disruption to the running of your business.

 

Change fundamentally arises from one of two sources: People and Systems.  Whilst the changes that occur as a consequence of either of these sources are unavoidable, what is avoidable is a loss of profit or productivity as a result of those changes.

When it comes to People, Clear IT Solutions work closely with our customers to ensure that we can help them plan for any employment changes; allowing them to budget effectively and reduce the time spent managing the transition.  Furthermore, we use our IT expertise to educate and empower our clients, ensuring that they have the knowledge required to be as productive and high performing as possible.

 

When you hire a new employee, changes will be necessary in order to ensure that that employee has all the tools required to perform his or her role to a satisfactory level.  However, once again these changes should not come at the detriment of productivity, and that’s where Clear IT Solutions comes in.  We will work with you to ensure that the changes are implemented with a minimum of fuss and disruption.

 

THE IT EVOLUTION

EVOLUTION

A key part of the Clear IT Solutions mantra is the evolutionary process.  Following 3-6 months of support, we will suggest an Initial Evo Meeting; a meeting where together we can discuss what is working and what isn’t, where things are just right and where things can be improved.  The goal of the Initial Evo Meeting is to ensure that our clients are receiving a first-class IT service, and making certain that their every need is being catered for.

 

During the meeting, we will review the support needs, business requirements and future plans of our customers.  The meeting is an opportunity for you to voice any concerns or queries, and for us to evaluate where your IT system can be improved.  As this meeting takes place after 3-6 months of support, we’ll have had the chance to understand how your business functions, and this will enable us to provide you with accurate advice and recommendations.  The three main goals of the meeting are:

 

  • Highlight recurrent issues and explore long term solutions
  • Find future development opportunities
  • Improve the sustainability of your system in order to support future expansion

 

The evolution step is key to the Clear IT Solutions service, as this is the step that will ensure that your business continues to move with the technological times.  As is well documented, we now live in a digital age and as such it is imperative that businesses stay up to date so that they aren’t left behind.
